Ivonne Tejeda
Ivonne has specialized in Healthcare Communications and Public Relations practices. She began her professional career in 2004 working for Plenilunia magazine, as part of the Public Relations Department for over a year.
In December 2005 she joined Burson Marsteller Mexico to collaborate in the IV World Water Forum, supporting in the coordination of the different social and cultural activities as well as contacting local and international media, in order to generate awareness towards water issues and developing a new water culture.
In 2006, Ivonne worked as Public Relations Consultant for Cinemex, Blockbuster, Motion Pictures Association and Ekofon. Among some of her responsibilities were handling media relations programs for Cinemex Antara, Patriotismo, Platino and Interlomas; for Blockbuster she supported the launch of the real time miniseries “24” in DVD; and for the MPA, she collaborated in the project Mexico sin Piratas.
In January 2007 she rejoined Burson Marsteller Mexico in Healthcare Practice where for more than a year she was responsible of the coordination and execution of media relations programs for Roche Oncology (Xeloda and Avastin), and Merck Sharp & Dohme (Asma Singulair), where she gained strong expertise in strategic alliances and specializing more in media relations programs.
Since April 2008, Ivonne works in Massideas Public Relations as account executive, developing media and trade relations programs for Paramount Farms and Red Crea.
Ivonne is a PR graduate from the Centro de Estudios en Ciencias de la Comunicación Pedregal.
